English term or phrase: ... may not lend itself to being "created"
¿Cómo debería traducir la frase que está escrita en mayúsculas?

However, the ability to continually design new products in response to technology or market trends, by itself, is not a sufficient condition to guarantee firm survival. What can be designed, as a matter of fact, MAY NOT LEND ITSELF TO BEING "CREATED" (i.e., fabricated, manufactured, assembled, etc.) in a cost-efficient manner.

Gracias.
