Can anyone help me with this term, in Portuguese?
In English, the definition as it appears in the context of the text I am translating is:

Definition: The transfer of financial resources and or good and services from a donor to a recipient country.

I do not have much context because it is basically used as a heading in the text, but I have found terms such as Movimentação de Recursos, Plano de Investimento, Plano de Financiamento, but none of these seem to be exactly the same as the definition above.

The text is a report showing the activities that need investment in an information exchange program between two countries.

Olá Cipriana-

Acho que depende muito do contexto do documento em si. Por emplo, se for um documento de recursos humanos, falando sobre salário, acho que transferência de fundos, ou pagamento de salários cairia bem. De qualquer maneira, eu prefiro a palavra transferência do que movimentação quando se trata de 'disbursement'.

Só uma idéia, espero que ajude.
