objetivo arrojado

Explanation:
Interpreto assim: o objetivo arrojado dessas metas deixou de fazer sentido face aos resultados do terceiro trimestre da empresa.
"arrojado" porque é um termo bastante utilizado na divulgação de políticas económicas/financeiras.

"punchy" = mordaz, vigoroso, incisivo (dic. Porto Editora p. ex.) , que eu substituiria por "arrojado" pelo facto acima referido.
