lead time e respeitante tanto a entrega dos items, como pode ser do fabrico, como de expedicao, no fundo eh o tempo que demora a compra do item ateh a sua entrega, e pode ou nao incluir o fabrico, etc.
Projectos que precisem de adquirir items com longos lead times, precisam autorizacao previa/avancada.
