If you are constipated introduce more roughage in your diet. Normally I would think of "fibra" but that is not exactly the term. Its a book on eating healthily.

I later saw in an english dictionary the SAME definition for FIBER and ROUGHAGE so I guess I can use Fibra. Thanks for the quick answer.
