"Functioning
The CSE has been designed as an additional equipment for ***film spreading machines***
(FSTM, FSTM2, FSTM2-S).
The spread wafer books are transferred onto a round or wire-mesh belt conveyor at the
spreading machine outfeed and are carried through the cream spraying unit where a
liquid mass (cream, chocolate etc., for example) is sprayed onto the wafer books by
centrifugal action.
The liquid mass is pumped from a heated melting container onto the centrifugal
spraying disc (multiple discs possible upon request). The centrifugal action creates a
spraying pattern unique for the CSE unit.
All excess that does not hit the wafer books is captured in the collection tray and fed
back into the melting container."
