If the term is in a literature text, just use 'camas' (de quarto), but if it is about furniture, you should look at the pictures in the site bellow and others that talk about Jefferson's and Chinese alcove beds. Those beds could be called 'camas com armação' (maybe there is a better name, I don't know) or you could use just 'cama' and explain their appearance and shape.
