Ou "Estimados Srs.", etc. Assim continua um certo nível de formalidade, mas não tanto que justifique o "Exmo. Sr." - presumo que a carta não deve ser muito formal, porque abre com "greetings from...". Pode também tentar "Estimados pais" ou "Estimados colegas", conforme o caso.
