Is there a specific meaning or not? I know it is the video place, but I was seeking for another possible meaning.

Tomás Rosa Bueno: 6:42pm Mar 10, 2007: What is your context? A "blockbuster" was a WWII bomb, supposedly capable of razing a city block to the ground. Used for anything that is irresistibly powerful, especially in business. At the time it was translated as "arrasa-quarteirão".

Explanation:
O termo "arrasa-quarteirão", além de ser a tradução "consagrada" do nome da bomba chamada "blockbuster" em toda a literatura sobre a Segunda Geurra Mundial, também é usado em contexto de cinema, para, por exemplo, filmes que são *mais* que um mero sucesso de bilheteria, mas faz parte de um programa de marketing mais extenso, acompanhado de revistas, brinquedos, camisetas e toda uma série de subprodutos.

É também letra de música e, em geral, serve para designar qualquer coisa que arrasa a concorrência. Até "mulata arrasa-quarteirão" existe.
