1. Influenciarão = se as pessoas serão levadas a mudar seu comportamento, crença, etc. por causa da lei.
2. afetarão = se as pessoas serão diretamente atingidas de alguma forma.
3. prejudicarão = se as pessoas terão alguma perda ou dano por causa de dita lei.
