uma expressão relacionada com o downsizing numa empresa. tal como downsizing é a redução de efectivos (tenho estado a utilizar a palavra em inglês, que é bastante conhecida e utilizada), o "rightsizing" tem a ver, no contexto com o redimensionamento dos efectivos da empresa para o "tamanho certo".
Deixo em inglês? Será que alguém tem uma ideia brilhante?
