English to Portuguese translations [PRO] Human Resources | | English term or phrase: Tinkers beyond adding value | Client gave the following explanation to this: "I would take primarily as a negative comment. It is basically saying that the person does what needs to be done, and then continues to do useless work. It doesn’t mean that they don’t do essential work, but rather that they do useless things in addition to the correct work."
I would apreciate if someone could help me with the proper translation for this expression.
