A primeira coisa que pensei foi "Communities of Practice" ...
Mas o "Means of Verification" é jargão da ONU, o que me levou a sugerir Conference of the Parties.

Também conheço essa sigla, mas de facto o contexto não esse. Agora mesmo que lhe estava a responder encontrei a solução...agradeço muito, no entanto, a sua disponibilidade e tempo!
