Estou com dúvidas quanto a tradução do termo
halftoning / to halftone / halftoned
Costumava traduzir halftoning como "retícula", e to halftone como "reticular", e halftoned "reticulado"
Mas procurei uma tradução atual para este termo, e só encontrei "meio-tom" ou "semi-tom" (tanto aqui nos glossarios como nos meus dicionarios). Também encontrei "AUTOTIPIA" como tradução para halftone, mas nao encontrei nada a respeito, e nao tenho como averbalizar "AUTOTIPIA".
Sei que halftone é um processo realizado em imagens digitalizadas por um scanner. Preciso de ajuda para a tradução correta,
