English term or phrase: red space opportunity
Hi, all

The translation is into Brazilian Portuguese. It is a document for salespeople to learn more about the software they are selling and how to sell it.

The context is:

Sales Strategy
This cross sell should be treated as a red space opportunity. Most [PRODUCT NAME] customers will have some form of fault management and network management tool installed, perhaps more than one. The challenge will be to educate customers on the value associated with an integrated and unified management platform for their composite management needs. Key value statements include:
􀂃 Simplicity of managing from a single control point
􀂃 Value of merging customer view with infrastructure view for higher service quality
􀂃 The value of leveraging of cross-domain information from device and application domains -- fewer outages and faster problem resolution
􀂃 Elimination of manual correlation of device and application data, increasing speed and accuracy of response and improving service performance

Thanks in advance for any help :-)

Regards,
Carol

Olá,
Obrigada!
Concordo com "inexplorados" em vez de "interditos". A pessoa que sugeriu "interditos" é de Portugal. Isso deve ser mais comum lá do que no Brasil.
Abraços,
Carol
