Adriana, tenho a impressão que o plugin facilita a vida de pessoas que são contratadas para divulgar produtos através de textos ou artigos na internet. Já existe no Brasil a profissão de "assistente de mídias sociais" mas acho que não seria isso. Para descobrir, só tendo mais contexto. Existem também robôs que fazem isso.
