Explanation:
Hi Nicole, those are the terms in Brazilian Portuguese, specially how you spell them, because "indemnify" is "indenizar" in BR-PT! So, everything seems to be in the future tense, the text has to be in the future in Portuguese too. The pronoun "you" is used in BR-PT for formal texts (less used for PT-PT) and you just need to check for yourself if it fits better for your translation!
