Eu prefiro a segunda opção: "... tais como, de forma meramente exemplificativa, lucros cessantes, perda de receita ou perda de contratos." Isto significa que os lucros cessantes, a perda de receita ou a perda de contratos são meros exemplos, e não uma lista exaustiva.
