English to Portuguese translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Sublicensing Agreement | | English term or phrase: Buy-in | I would like to know the best translation, from English into Portuguese, of the expression "buy-in", which is the title of the following paragraph:
"Buy-in
The Licensee shall pay to the Licensor a cost contribution payment of US$ 10,000, such fee to be paid as soon as reasonably possible after the execution of this Agreement, in respect of the value of the Licensed IP described in paragraph (i) of the definition of the Licensed IP and the Licensed Know-How as at March 2006."
I wonder whether "buy-in", in this specific context, means something like "taxa de adesão" or "pagamento de adesão". Do you confirm it or have any better suggestion?
Thanks in anticipation for your invaluable assistance!! |
