English to Portuguese translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) | | English term or phrase: disclosure document | FDD (franchise disclosure document) parece ser o mesmo que UFOC (uniform franchise offering circular), o "circular de oferta de franquia".
Contudo, no contexto abaixo, os dois parecem ser coisas distintas:
The franchisee declares to know the terms of COF (UFOC) that was received more than ten (10) days ago, according to Brazilian Law (...) and acknowledges receipt of the franchisor’s disclosure document more than fourteen (14) days ago (...)
Alguém saberia informar se "discclosure document" é a "circular de oferta de franquia" no contexto acima?

I believe they are both the same. Disclosure document, to my view, is qualifying the UFOC. |
