O sentido e' o seguinte, por exemplo: Eu quero abrir uma empresa para distribuir Coca Cola dentro de uma area geografica. No caso, a Coca Cola e' o 'Licensor'. Entao, o significado dos termos do contrato estabelecem que mesmo sendo 'Licensee', a propria Coca Cola mantem o direito de abastecer potenciais compradores dentro da minha area nos dois casos identificados (1) quando o departamento de compras da compradora se localiza fora da minha area, ou (2) se a compra nao foi ativamente solicitada pela Coca Cola. |
