Mantenha no original (em itálico) Explanation: Como já brilhantemente exlicado por Pedro Costa no link abaixo, a figura do "trust" não tem qualquer tipo de correspondente no nosso direito, sendo tipicamente inglesa. Reproduzo abaixo um pequeno trecho mas sugiro a leitura completa no primeiro link e a consulta ao segundo link na página 43. Espero ter ajudado. "As tentativas de adaptação são quase sempre perigosas (por exemplo, a tradução de "trust" por "fideicomisso" é, na maior parte das vezes, enganadora, na medida em que fideicomisso é uma figura específica do nosso direito das sucessões, com um sentido muito mais estrito do que "trust"). Por todos estes motivos, e tanto quanto seja do meu conhecimento, tornou-se hábito entre os juristas portugueses (incluindo legisladores) importar os termos em inglês. Assim, existe a tendência para traduzir "trust" por "trust", "trustee" por "trustee" e "beneficiary" por "beneficiário"."
