decisão de tribunais

Explanation:
I am inclined to go with Mariana's solution, but wanted to offer another alternative. My only qualm with pareceres is that an opinion is a combination of a decision and the "parecer". When it decides, it issues a full blown "parecer" justifying its position. Note, however, that attorneys also send their "pareceres" to the court, but those are "briefs". I think decisao captures the nuance that it is a judicially binding "parecer" that is also a source of law. It does, however, miss the idea of a formal, full blown document that Mariana's idea expresses better. Acordão is also a possibility, but I am not a big fan of it because an opinion is not a summary document and can also be issued by non-collegiate bodies.

I am not opposed to opinião either, but I think that would put me too much at odds with agreed knowledge.
