No mesmo documento, aparece os par Petitioner/Respondent, ao qual atribuí, respectivamente, a correspondência Demandante/Demandado.
Ocorre, porém, que num determinado trecho do mesmo documento, vê-se a referência a Petitioner E TAMBÉM a Claimant, e eu sempre considerei que ambos fossem sinônimos.
Ver excerto abaixo, extraído do próprio documento:

Em Pt-Pt, o termo usado é "requerente/requerido" para o qual uso "petitioner/respondent" em Inglês. Não me lembro de ter encontrado "demandante/demandado" em documentos dos tribunais em Portugal, ou deve ter sido um caso isolado. Se está traduzindo para Pt-Br, não sei quais os termos comumente utilizados lá. Mas aqui está a minha sugestão.
