Não sei se é algum erro, mas a construção verbal abaixo causa-me alguns problemas: "We have can confirm that the Respondent..."
"Podemos confirmar que o Réu..."
"Temos/Recebemos a confirmação (da parte) do Réu que..."
Será que uma ou outra tradução acima é bem indicada nesta situação?
