acho que deixei bem claro em qual situação se enquadra minha alternativa; mas com a colocação do Denis, quero reforçar que se se trata especificamente de contratos de empreitadas (tipo petrolíferas) não offshore (ao largo), a tradução está seguramente entre as opções que o Martin e a Edna deram. Bom trabalho a todos

disagree  Denis Paolillo: I have to disagree here. That would have to be either 'Domestic' or 'National', which would be a stretch already.
