but isnt will the document that says who will take the things the dead person had??
i was talking about the document the relatives reveive that comfirms the death... like when someone is born.... in portuguese is "atestado de óbito" and will is "testamento"...

so i think is better for post-demise, pós-morte..... faz mas sentido como as palavras com pós em portugues...

That document is a "will" or "will and testament" is the formal term used by lawyers. But she is definately NOT talking about the document. Either the friend died or their friendship died.

i thought it was only difficult to tell the meaning for non-native english speakers...
at first look some people thinks it means that document you receive when someone dies... what's the name by the way?

maybe the person died indeed... cause she says she couldn't go to him because they're off limits....... and it's a very sad song.

Depende do contexto. Muitas vezes "demise" significa a morte. Tambem pode ser, em termos mais gerais, falecimento ou falencia - falando, por exemplo, de uma ditadura ou empresa. Pode fornecer mais ...?
