Two of the most important key

the reasons why these two came up as most important, the team dug

The outcome of the laddering exercise was as follows:
Must have good efficacy - Must be able to kill 70% of insects - Don’t need to

O que seria have spare time aqui? 'Ter tempo livre'? Mas que sentido tem isso neste contexto se estão falando de produto inseticida? Alguma sugestão ou esclarecimento?
