Agradeço a resposta, mas hoje consegui assistir ao vídeo e, descobri que a melhor tradução no contexto é "ATACADO". No Vídeo mostra claramente a publicidade das diferentes lojas do cliente, sendo a loja especializada em ATACADO e em VAREJO, ou seja, comércio atacadista e comércio varejista.
