Eu não consigo entender exatamente o que é "half hitch" e não sei como chamar esse "throw":
"Tie a single half hitch throw of suture around the stainless steel tube and use the plastic sleeve to push the loop pf suture down and off the end of the tube so that the suture is directly on tissue. Be sure and maintain tension on the suture by pressing the end of the tube down on the suture tissue junction"

The half hitch is a simple knot. If tied by itself, it slips very easily and cannot hold anything. However, it occurs as a component in many more complicated knots.

A half hitch can be used together with a timber hitch to drag a log or other large object. The timber hitch connects the end of the rope to one end of the log, and the half hitch binds the standing part of the rope to the opposite end.
