Estou em dúvida se traduzo como uma frase qualquer, assim: "molécula que se liga especificamente ao antígeno"
ou como sendo um tipo de molécula: "molécula específica ligante de antígeno" (ou em algo parecido).

É para um texto que fala de doenças relacionadas à imunidade. Esse capítulo em particular fala de imunidade adaptativa e específica.
Aparece nos trechos abaixo:
