O "vertex delivery" é quando o bebê está em posição de parto, i.e., com a cabeça para baixo, pronto para nascer. Queria saber como posso traduzir essa expressão para o português (se possível, do BR).
O texto fala dos problemas que podem ocorrer nos vários tipos de parto e posições do bebê (cefálica, pélvica e de face).
