Esse capítulo fala das fases das reações à exposição (e re-exposição) a agentes causadores da doença.
Existe um nome "oficial" para designar essas fases em português?
Encontrei na web várias possibilidades, mas não sei qual a correta (quer dizer, de uso normal na área): respostas alérgicas de(em/na?) fase precoce e fase tardia, fase inicial e fase final, fase preliminar e fase final, fase aguda e fase (convalescente, crônica?).

"The clinical reactions on re-exposure to the allergen have been designated as early-phase and late-phase allergic responses (EPRs and LPRs).
Bridging of the IgE molecules on the surface of mast cells by allergen initiates early-phase responses, characterized by degranulation of mast cells and release of preformed and newly generated inflammatory mediators including histamine, prostaglandin 2, and the cysteinyl leukotrienes.
Late-phase response arises 4 to 8 hr following allergen exposure."
