Explanation:
A expressão deve estar errada, deve ser "primary" e não "pronary". Neste caso, corresponde à expressão portuguesa que apontei.
A EM é em 85 % dos casos recidivante/remitente, com períodos de crise e períodos de remissão. Uma parte destes casos evolui com o tempo para uma forma em que já não há praticamente crises mas uma evolução progressiva e é então chamada de secundária progressiva. Os restantes 15% constituem a forma primária progressiva.
