The sentence reads:
"...so it was decided to locate the fire chief to obtain an update on the situation, and to remind him that XXX– XXX is also considered an F1 facility."

This person was standing in a parking lot, wtaching a fire/explosion going on. I am a bit lost. Most of my research shows F1 as in Formula 1. Am I missing something?
