Explanation:
Considering the Brazilian actual currency as "Real" I would suggest that this answer could be related to the answer but still one reais wouldn't be translated properly in order to be right I would say Um real/One real.

One Real / Two Reals


Explanation:
As already mentioned above you used the singular "one" with the plural of the Brazilian currency in Portuguese which is Reais.

However, I think that if you are going to use the currency in the plural in English, you should use "Reals" for clarity otherwise other English-speaking readers will be as confused as you seem to be.
