Fechado para as festas de final de ano: 25 e 26 de dezembro e 1º de Janeiro

Explanation:
This answer is the kind of thing you expect to read in a sign in front of a store.

Other alternatives:
"Este estabelecimento estará fechado nos dias 25 e 26 de dezembro e 1º de janeiro para as festas de final de ano" (This store will be closed .....)
"Estaremos fechados para as festas de final de ano nos dias 25 e 26 de dezembro e 1º de janeiro" (We will be closed .....)

Those sugestions are for brazilian portuguese.

Encerramos nos dias 25 e 26 de Dezembro e 1 de Janeiro

Explanation:
In portuguese (in Portugal)we don't use very much the 'holiday season' to refer to those days when in this case; it is enough just to put the days the store will be closed, and it already has implicit that it is Christmas and New Year days.

Another way:
Este estabelecimento encerra no Natal, dia 25 e 26 de Dezembro, e no Ano Novo, dia 1 de Janeiro.

or

Encerramos no Natal e Ano Novo: dias 25 e 26 de Dezembro e dia 1 de Janeiro.
