Encorpante é mera proposta, pois pode haver termo bem consagrado. Nesse caso "agente" é apêndice desnecessário aqui, mesmo havendo outros agentes no contexto. O mesmo (palpite) quanto a "tacto bucal", mas é importante saber que não é paladar, nem no sentido científico (i.é, doce/salgado/agre/amargo) nem no vulgar (i.é, sabor-aroma). Se trata de coisas como adstringência, pique, secura, metalidade, etc.
