Se o contexto é infracções de circulação/trânsito, deve ser isso.
Uma "moving violation" inclui qualquer tipo de infracção ao código da estrada, como estacionamento incorrecto, desrespeitar sinais, regras de trânsito, etc e não apenas infracções cometidas em circulação na via.
