A minha noção é que "refrigerant" no caso significa "fluido refrigerante", ou seja, é o fluido que resfria uma outra corrente de processo. atuando nesse caso como o fluido frio, e que por sua vez é resfriado no sistema de resfriamento a seco, caso em que é o fluido quente.
