"hot swappable" ou "hot swapável" ou "podendo comutar sem interrupção" Explanation: Prezado Luís: "hot swappable" significa que,em caso de cair um sistema, a placa SCSII comuta de um CPU ou de um disco para outro CPU ou disco "a quente" ou seja, SEM CAIR O SISTEMA (o que é cruucial para eles) - leva uns 2 a 3 segundos para o segundo processador, ou segundo hard disc "assumir" mas nada é perdido porque tem um "buffer" só para isso. Eu já estive traduzindo uma conferencia aqui no Brasil, no ano passado, em que num coffee break ouvi um participante dizendo ao outro: "o nosso equipamento é todo "hot swapável"!!!!
