defraudando, enganando, ou roubando Explanation: é gíria moderna. Não consta de muitos dicionários, mesmo de gírias. O correto seria "fricking" eufemismo de "fucking"(fudendo com o sistema, atrapalhando com má intenção). "Phreaking" do jeito escrito é coisa nova. Poderia se derivar também de freak (monstro), mas no caso acho que o sentido é mesmo "enrabar o sistema".
