When the thread is LEFT-HANDED, RIGHT-HANDED propeller to be mounted, this shaft
line to be starboard side.
When the thread is RIGHT-HANDED, LEFT-HANDED propeller to be mounted, this shaft
line to be port side.
5. Mount the propeller onto the propeller shaft carefully, find the matchmarks on the propeller
shaft and propeller, the matchmarks to be aligned.
6. Choose the correct hydraulic nut, make sure one of the screw hole on the top position,
and another one is on the bottom position. |

Já que o eixo é cônico, esta distância vai determinar os esforços do aperto. Apertar demais, vai trincar a hélice, apertar pouco, vai ficar solta.
Não achei um termo técnico em PT para isso... |
