A crane is a movable piece if machinery often on tractor webs. A derrick is a stationary piece of equipment which may be permanent as on a ship or harbor or temporary when rigged up at a construction site, etc.

Both are called "Guindaste" but Derreck can also de called "Mastro de Carga"
