Due Diligence Explanation: Trata-se de um processo de auditoria (legal ou financeira), que as empresas fazem antes de qq cisão, venda etc. Traduzi assim: Processo "Due Diligence" Financeiro ou Legal, conforme for o caso. Traduzi um processo destes há pouco tempo. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-05-19 15:52:59 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- A tradução do relatório que traduzi ficou assim (a capa) - Relatório do Processo de \"Due Diligence\" Legal. Creio que talvez se possa aplicar ao PT Brasil. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-05-19 16:09:19 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Esqueci-me de acrescentar que este tipo de auditoria específica é mandado fazer pelas próprias empresas, geralmente através de recursos externos. Por isso, há quem traduza por \"diligência própria\", termo que o meu cliente (firma de advogados) não aceitou. |

análise devida // cuidados necessários // providências devidas Explanation: "Due Dilligence" is a legal term meaning that all necessary and reasonable steps have been taken to assure legality and viability. Due dilligence is not auditing but auditing may well be necessary to assure that compliance has in fact taken place. In this particular sentence, the Due Dilligence refers to making sure that the new project is functioning perfectly. |
