Difficult to translate directly - here's a sample sentence:

She upset the glass and spilt the wine.

Perhaps VIRAR, which means to knock something out of its habitual/natural position and provoke a spillage/accident of some kind.

You wouldn't say 'She upset the chair' (simply she knocked the chair over) unless for example there was a baby (or something important, so to speak) in it.

These examples should give you a feel for the meaning. I think VIRAR but can't be sure it's appropriate. I'm not sure exactly how kilns work - do they actually get knocked over?
