English term or phrase: application level communication buffer
term used in an operator's manual for a remote control weapon mounted on a vehicle. I am trying to find its correct translation into portuguese. Here is the textual context: At start up the SCC ( i think it's the servo controller) operating system initializes the basic system mechanism and the application level communication buffer. Then it will enter a ste awaiting commands on the command line. Thank you for help !
