English term or phrase: end (in the context)
Hi, again!

A little lost with the meaning of such an easy word. It is NOT 'end custumer'. The @@@ would be the different tools mentioned.

Context:
"To enable the remote management of the succession equipment, an IP connection of 512kb/s or faster IPSEC protected internet tunnel will need to be in place. The IPSEC connectivity between the customer IEMS and the XXXX @@@ is assumed to be configured at the customer end on the XXXX @@@ deployed as part of the @@@ remote reactive support solution. The use of the internet rather than leased line permits rapid service establishment and reduces recurring costs.

Thanks again :-)

Asker: Thank you, Maria. But I must say that it is not 'end customer', for when it is, it's well defined in the text. That was exactly my problem with 'end' here.
