Hello!

This seems to be a very especific term, and although I have a general idea of it, I would like to know if there's a standard translation for it.

MINIMUM ACTIVE PORTS
"Benchmark Port Volume" means the mutually agreed upon minimum of Active Ports. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event shall the monthly Services Fees paid by YYYYY to XXXX Networks pursuant to this Agreement be less than the amount in accordance with Table1-A for the Benchmark Port Volume except that during a period beginning October 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 the fee will be $$$$.
