Sem mais contexto me parece que se trata de uma promoção, no qual o cliente ganha uma noite extra ao reservar um número X de noites, além de crédito com o resort (no futuro) ou crédito para usar no resort (nos estabelecimentos comerciais dentro do resort).

Não é possível dizer ao certo sem mais contexto, é apenas uma sugestão.
